amkit is an AI-native real estate asset management platform. It is one place to model your assets, the data around them and the processes that move them — and to put intelligence and agents to work across all three.
What it is built to do
Most asset management software asks an organisation to work the way the software works. amkit is built the other way round: the data model, the workflows and the rules are configured around the operating model you already have, and everything else runs on that configuration.
On top of it sit two things that are not bolted on afterwards. Intelligence works with the same assets, data, relationships and workflows your teams use every day, so a question about the portfolio is answered in the portfolio’s own context. Agents take that further and act — carrying out tasks, coordinating workflows and preparing outputs inside the permissions and approval rules you define.
Where it runs end to end
Investment forecasting, rolling forecasts, budget management, risk management, portfolio management and deal structuring connect the work from investment assumptions to operating reviews. Financial modelling, scenario analysis and data integration support those six modules. Review material keeps the assumptions, evidence, decisions and follow-up actions in context.
