Legal
Terms
These cover amkit.com, the website — the pages you are reading now. They do not cover the amkit platform: access to the product is governed by the agreement your organisation signs with us, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.
Using this site
Read it, quote it, link to it. What is here is offered as it is, to describe a product and to let you ask for a demonstration.
Do not attempt to reach parts of the site you have not been given access to, do not use it to distribute anything harmful, and do not present it as your own.
What the site says about the product
The pages here describe what amkit is built to do. They are a description, not a specification and not a promise about your particular situation: what the platform does for your organisation is what your agreement says it does.
Everything here may change without notice.
Signing in
The sign-in page is for people whose organisation already has an amkit account. Credentials are personal to the account holder and are not to be shared. The authentication service is not live yet, so the sign-in controls remain disabled and no account can be reached through this site today.
Ownership
The amkit name, the mark, the text and the design of these pages are ours. The software this site is built on is third-party open source and carries its own licences.
Still to be supplied
These terms are accurate about the website as it stands, and deliberately claim nothing they cannot yet support. These are the terms only amkit can set, and this page is not complete until they are here:
- The legal entity that publishes amkit.com, its registered address, and the law and courts that govern these terms.
- The limitation of liability and the disclaimer of warranties, in the form your counsel settles on.
- How and when these terms change, and how readers are told.
- The relationship between these terms and the platform’s own subscription agreement, named explicitly.
- Whether the account holder or the organisation is the contracting party for sign-in, and what happens to an account when someone leaves.
- The complaints and dispute route, and the notice address for legal service.
