Privacy

This covers amkit.com, the website. It does not cover the amkit platform itself: what the product does with the data you put into it is governed by the agreement your organisation signs, not by this page.

What this website collects

Nothing.

There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, no session recording, and no third-party script of any kind. Every font is served from this domain, so opening a page here makes no request to any other company. No request carries your address anywhere but to this site’s own server, which is what any web server necessarily sees in order to answer.

What is stored in your browser

Your theme and language preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage. The shared login page uses the saved language when you reload or return directly. These preferences are not sent to our servers. Clearing site data removes them.

There are no cookies.

Signing in

The authentication service is not live yet. The sign-in controls remain disabled, so this website does not accept or send credentials today.

Getting in touch

Ask us anything about this policy, or ask for a copy of what we hold about you, and we will answer.

Still to be supplied

This policy is accurate about the website as it stands, and deliberately says nothing it cannot yet support. These are the facts only amkit can provide, and this page is not complete until they are here:

  • The legal entity that operates amkit.com, its registered address, and the jurisdiction whose law governs this policy.
  • A contact address for privacy questions and for data-subject requests.
  • Once the sign-in service is live: which server receives the credentials, where it runs, how long a session lasts, what is recorded about a sign-in attempt, and how long those records are kept.
  • The lawful basis relied on, and the retention period for each kind of record.
  • Any processor or sub-processor engaged — hosting, email, CRM, support — and where each one holds data.
  • Whether data crosses a border, and on what transfer mechanism.
  • The rights available to readers in their jurisdiction and how to exercise them, including the supervisory authority they may complain to.
